Each day includes two yoga sessions designed to help your body release tension, build strength, and move in a way that actually feels good.
Angela’s classes are athletic and accessible, grounded in anatomy so your practice will be safe and effective for you. Her approach comes from over 25 years of experience, including founding YogaSport Dallas, a community-based studio, for 16 years.
Expect Power Flow, Deep Stretch, and Aromatherapy Flow classes in a supportive, down-to-earth, and fun environment where you can move at your own pace and feel successful, regardless of your yoga experience.
You’ll leave each class feeling stronger, more open, and energized.

I’m a yoga teacher, trainer, and life coach with over 25 years of experience helping women feel better in their bodies and their lives.
I’ve also been where you are.
As an entrepreneur and mom of 2 kids, I know how insane life can get when you try to juggle everything for everyone. I also know how easy it is for the everyday stressors to creep up and overwhelm you.
What I’ve learned is that real change doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from stepping away long enough to truly rest, gain perspective, and reset.
