I'm a Yoga Teacher Trainer, the Founder of YogaSport, Life & Wellness Coach, Environmental Toxins Expert, and Podcaster. I am deeply passionate about helping women learn to master their yoga practice AND master their lives. rediscover yourself.
As an entrepreneur and the mom of 2 young kids, I know how insane life can get when you’re trying to juggle everything for everyone. I also know how easy it is for the small everyday stresses to creep up and overwhelm you.
When I was younger, I could pull off ridiculously late nights, 70-hour work weeks, and several trips through the drive-thru in order to get my work done. Now that I am in my early 40’s, running my business, and have two kids and a husband, I realize that I no longer can ignore myself and my health. After endless trips to doctor’s office after doctor’s office, trying to find solutions for a serious of ailments that had me flatlined on most days, I knew something had to change.
My passionate pursuit of perfection and the need to be a super mom/wife/business owner drove me to let go of the habits I had created over decades. How could I, a yogi and wellness coach, be falling apart at the seams?
I share the honest and crazy parts of me because I think it's really important to be vulnerable. We connect and learn through being vulnerable. Brene Brown states it perfectly.
“I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.” - Brene Brown
My philosophy and work is rooted in getting back to the foundational basics of yoga, health, and wellness.
If you are a busy Superwoman looking for some relief and a life change, I can help you because I have not only been there myself, but I have personally coached thousands of women over my 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry.
If you are a yogi looking to deepen your practice, teach yoga, and/or gain more confidence in your life, I got you. The practice I teach has changed so many lives. You will absolutely feel more confident, passionate, and alive.
"I started off my journey by taking Angela's Spark program which set me up on a path to discover what I really wanted out of life. Then I decided to take her 200-Hr Teacher Training which was a serious game changer. I have three words for you. Work with Angela!"
In my coaching and yoga training work, I fold together a deep study of yoga asana and anatomy, life coaching, mindfulness practices, environmental health, essential oils, and natural solutions to make all of this magic happen.
If you are interested in making some life changes or you simply want to learn how to teach yoga, I always start with getting clear. You can't do anything well in life if you aren't crystal clear on your purpose and your why.
I will work with you to get clear on the changes that you need and/or want to make in order to create a life you truly love. In yoga teacher training, there are changes that you must make in order to be a powerful and authentic teacher and leader.
In yoga and in life, it can get very complicated, fast! All of the work I do is rooted in simplicity. We are often taught to add a million things to our to-do lists and to contort ourselves into complicated yoga postures, and our lives. I say HELL NO to all of this.
I will teach you how to clear the clutter in your home, your head, and your yoga practice. In yoga, you will learn the postures from the ground up, get back to the foundational basics, and learn how to deliver cues and profound life lessons in an efficient and effective manner.
I think this is my favorite word. I even named my signature yoga class after it - Empower Flow. To empower someone means that you give them the power and ability to do and accomplish.
I will help you get more comfortable in your own skin so that you gain confidence in your everyday life. You will have fearless trust in yourself. You will be bold and brave in your life. As a yoga teacher, you will learn how to empower your students to do the same both on and off their yoga mats.
You deserve it.
