  • Live Zoom classes
  • In-person classes, workshops, and events
  • 1:1 life coaching
  • Coaching and wellness programs
  • Private yoga sessions (virtual and in-person)
  • Yoga teacher training programs
  • Online courses (including Yoga for Golfers)
  • Corporate wellness services
  • Digital downloads, webinars, and lead magnets

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or participate in our offerings.

2. Eligibility 

By using this site or participating in any services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are legally able to enter into this agreement

3. Payments, Subscriptions & Refund Policy

Every program, course, and digital product inside Angela Wagner, LLC is built with depth, intention, and decades of expertise. We stand behind the quality of our work and the transformations it facilitates. Because these materials are digital, instantly accessible, and contain proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are provided.

Payment Plans
Payment plans are offered as a convenience, not a subscription.
By enrolling, you agree to complete all payments in full, regardless of your participation.
If a payment fails, access may be paused until the account is brought current.
Termination of access does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

All purchases include immediate access to digital program materials. For this reason, chargebacks are treated as disputes of access already delivered.

If a chargeback is initiated, access to the program may be revoked and supporting documentation may be provided to the payment processor.

If there is an issue, please contact us directly first—we are committed to resolving concerns in good faith.

Memberships

  • Your subscription may include a free trial (if offered)
  • After the trial, you will be automatically charged the stated monthly or annual fee
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled
  • You may cancel anytime in your account settings before your next billing cycle
  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are provided

Programs, Coaching & Courses

Workshops, Events & Classes

No refunds are provided.
You may transfer your spot to another person at any time.

4. User Accounts & Access

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Not share your login with others

Unauthorized sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if misuse, sharing, or abuse is detected.

Angela Wagner, LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any program, service, content, or offering at any time.

This may include changes to format, scheduling, curriculum, instructors, or delivery methods.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance when possible.

  • Courses and training materials
  • PDFs, downloads, and written content
  • Branding, logos, and program structures

You may not:

  • Share, copy, reproduce, upload, or distribute content
  • Share passwords or access
  • Use content for commercial purposes
  • Share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer access to any content, materials, or login credentials associated with Angela Wagner, LLC programs or services to any third party

All access is granted for individual personal use only.

7. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

You understand and agree:

  • You are participating in physical activity voluntarily
  • Some activities may be strenuous
  • You are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any program
  • You assume all risks associated with participation

8. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By participating in any services, you agree:

  • You understand you are engaging in potentially strenuous physical activity
  • You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur
  • You release and hold harmless Angela Wagner, LLC, its owner, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any liability

This applies to all:

  • In-person sessions
  • Online classes (Zoom, video, etc.)
  • Recorded content
  • Events, workshops, and trainings

This agreement applies to all current and future participation.

9. Coaching Disclaimer

All coaching services provided by Angela Wagner, LLC are for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only.

You understand and agree that:

  • Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or psychological treatment
  • Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care
  • You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions related to your physical or mental health
  • No guarantees are made regarding results, outcomes, or personal change

You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results arising from participation in any program or coaching services.

10. Media Release

By participating in classes, programs, or events, you agree:

  • You may be photographed or recorded
  • Angela Wagner, LLC may use this content for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes

11. Testimonials

You grant permission for:

  • Your feedback, testimonials, or results to be used in marketing
  • Use may include your name, likeness, or general experience unless otherwise requested

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angela Wagner, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
