  • Online courses (including Yoga for Golfers)
  • Corporate wellness services
  • Digital downloads, webinars, and lead magnets

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or participate in our offerings.

2. Eligibility

By using this site or participating in any services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are legally able to enter into this agreement

3. Payments, Subscriptions & Refund Policy

Memberships (YogaSport On Demand)

  • Your subscription may include a free trial (if offered)
  • After the trial, you will be automatically charged the stated monthly or annual fee
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled
  • You may cancel anytime in your account settings before your next billing cycle
  • No refunds or exchanges are provided

Programs, Coaching & Courses

  • All purchases are final
  • No refunds are provided

Workshops, Events & Classes

  • All payments are non-refundable
  • You may transfer your spot to another person at any time

 

4. User Accounts & Access

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Not share your login with others

Unauthorized sharing of login credentials is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if misuse, sharing, or abuse is detected.

  • Recorded content
  • Events, workshops, and trainings

This agreement applies to all current and future participation.

All coaching services provided by Angela Wagner, LLC are for educational and informational purposes only.

  • Coaching is not therapy
  • Coaching is not medical, psychological, or mental health advice
  • No specific results are guaranteed

You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

 

9. Media Release

By participating in classes, programs, or events, you agree:

  • You may be photographed or recorded
  • Angela Wagner, LLC may use this content for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes

10. Testimonials

You grant permission for:

  • Your feedback, testimonials, or results to be used in marketing
  • Use may include your name, likeness, or general experience unless otherwise requested
