The Workplace Wellness Program
Most corporate wellness is a one-and-done. A class here, a seminar there. Your team feels good for a week and then it is back to normal.
This is a 12-month partnership. One on-site session each month built around a theme, plus weekly 30-minute Zoom sessions that keep the momentum alive between visits. Each month builds on the last so what your team learns becomes part of how they work.

About Angela
Hi, I am Angela.
I am a yoga teacher and life coach with over two decades of experience helping people feel better in their bodies and minds. I spent 16 years running YogaSport Dallas, a beloved studio in the heart of Dallas, before launching Angela Wagner Yoga and Wellness in 2020.
I have worked with dozens of organizations across Dallas and Denver and I know one thing for certain: when people feel better in their bodies and minds, everything else shifts. Their focus sharpens. Their communication improves. They stop dreading Monday.
My approach is down to earth, practical, and fun. I meet your team exactly where they are and give them tools that work in real life, not just during the session.
