- Why am I not as happy and fulfilled as I should be?

As a mom of little kids, business owner, and women-who-does-all-the-things, I have experienced this first hand and know exactly how you feel. I am a life coach, yoga teacher/trainer, wife, and momma of two littles. I have been working in the health and wellness space for over 20 years and my passion is to teach others how to live a more fun and joyful life.
Since I have been doing yoga and mindfulness for most of my adult life, I figured I would be fine during the pandemic...
Well, that surely wasn't the case... While my trusty old yoga and life tools did help me, I knew that I needed to address my needs in a new way.

You will explore 5 modules (I call them branches) in your time in Spark Society.
Branch 1: Set a Foundation
First, we start with the basics and you will explore this module throughout our 16 weeks together. You will get back to the basics of self-care, self-love, and wellness by restoring healthy habits. Get back to having good, deep sleep, enjoy morning and evening rituals, nourish your body with proper food, hydration, and movement.
Branch 2: Simplify
You will identify what feels heavy, cluttered and complicated in your home, your work, your relationships, and your calendar. I will help you declutter your mental and physical spaces so that you can let go of decision fatigue, brain fog, rushing, and general anxiety.
Branch 3: Detox
In this module, you will uncover what is toxic in your life and work towards a healthier relationship with those things and people. Examples include toxins in your home, relationships, food, thoughts, habits, etc. Don't worry, we will NOT be doing any extreme or fad diets during this module!
Branch 4: Nourish Your Mind, Body & Soul
Through the practices of yoga, breathing, mindfulness, gratitude, journaling, and more, you will create a more balanced and energized feeling in all aspects of your life. In this module, you will reconnect with yourself and your dreams in a whole new way.
Branch 5: Design Your Life
In this module, you will learn to set firm and healthy boundaries (without the guilt), make purposeful decisions, and fill your calendar with things that mean the most to you. You will stop living life on default (once and for all) and start living life with purpose and intention.
