I have
been there.
I'm a life coach, yoga teacher, wife, and momma of two kiddos. I've spent 25 years in the health and wellness space and have worked with thousands of women through coaching, yoga, and wellness programs.
And I have been exactly where you are.
I figured I would be fine. I had the tools, the training, the practice. And yet, life brought me to my knees.
As a mom and a business owner who does-all-the-things, I spent every waking moment attending to everyone else's needs. I closed a 16-year-old yoga studio, supported my kids through virtual school, and ran myself completely into the ground. I was on edge, exhausted, and overwhelmed with even the simplest tasks.
What I realized is that I was burned out. Not a little tired. Truly burned out. And the old ways of pushing through weren't going to fix it. My body and mind needed something different. That's what led me to create Spark Society.
My approach is simple:
